2 step sign-in
Multifactor authentication is a security measure that requires two different factors to verify your identity before granting access to the PHIX portal. The two factors will be a password and a code sent to your smartphone via an authenticator app. Multifactor authentication (2 step sign-in) begins November 27, 2023, across all PHIX platforms.
Follow the steps below to set-up multifactor authentication:

Login and setup the authenticator app.

Sign into PHIX: https://phix.prod.hdh.nextgenaws.net/health-data-hub

Use your authenticator app to scan the QR code. A rotating code will appear.
To finish the login process, you’ll need to enter two consecutive 6-digit authentication codes.

Enter the first code that you see in your authenticator app into the first box.
Then, wait until the code changes and enter the next code in the second box and press submit.
