El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank has partnered with PHIX so providers can send closed-loop electronic referrals to their Food FARMacy. The Food FARMacy provides patients with access to healthy food and a team of nutrition experts to help them take the next steps toward a healthier life.
